Southview Community Association received an ActivateYYC grant, and painted two sections of 35th St., SE in two sections of 30th St., SE. The objective was to slow traffic using these two streets, and they painted where speed-bumps and bump-outs would traditionally be located. During paint day, there were many community members stopping to chat and discuss traffic calming concerns and generally introducing themselves to each other.

The design, colours, and production of the project was overseen by local artist, Paula Timm, and the work was an incredible addition to the canvas of the community.
