ActivateYYC partnered with Westmount Charter School (@wcselementary) to find a fun way to mark off the bus lane on the road immediately next to the school. Pickup and drop off times were becoming chaotic, with parents parked in bus lanes, and creating confusion and unsafe environments for kids coming and going to school.

This new design allows for visible and dedicated space for busses to park, and a more vibrant and playful landscape for the school and neighbourhood to enjoy. Bus lane bubbles? Morse code messaging? Go see it for yourself in the community of Parkdale (@parkdaleyyc)!
