On June 11, 2022, Elboya Britannia Community Association completed phase two of their plan to install pollinators in Elboya Park. This involved the purchase and planting of 160 pollinator plant plugs from a nursery recommended by a Parks ecologist, the purchase and planting of a chokeberry bush for the Indigenous portion of the garden and the creation of a gravel pathway.
